My go-to dry rub for salmon

This rub is fantastic on cedar planked salmon. I use a combination of the Honey Barbecue rub plus a glaze made with maple syrup and Captain Morgan rum. I always do it this way now.

Try it on Cedar Plank Salmon

This seasoning is great on pork, adds a ton of flavor to pork loin etc. But, try it on Cedar Plank Salmon and you'll always want it that way. The smoke and seasoning make Salmon delicious, especially if your guests are leery of fishy salmon.
